## QA Summary

- ContextGov packet includes allowed, denied, and approval-required context handles.
- Denied context produces `zero_operation_receipt:true`.
- ContextGov preserves `context_transmitted:false`, `external_side_effect:false`, and `packet_authorizes_execution:false`.
- Manifold packet blocks exploit, funds-at-risk, bounty, audit-complete, patch-verified, compromise, and system-secure claims.
- Live route checks returned `200` for homepage, ContextGov, Manifold, both packet JSON files, and the segment replay index.
- Playwright render QA passed on live homepage, ContextGov, and Manifold: no horizontal overflow, no computed italics, no-LLM doctrine visible, packet boundary visible.

The public segment replay index now includes or verifies:
